**2. Booking and Scheduling**
- **Booking:** All bookings must be made through our website, by phone, or via email. You will receive a confirmation of your booking via email or text message.
- **Scheduling:** Our services are provided by appointment only. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred time and date.
**3. Payment Terms**

- **No Penalty for Weather Cancellations:** If we cancel or reschedule your appointment due to adverse weather conditions, there will be no penalty or cancellation fee charged to you. We will work with you to reschedule the appointment at a mutually convenient time.
**5. Customer Responsibilities**
- **Vehicle Accessibility:** Ensure that your vehicle is accessible and available at the scheduled appointment time. This includes having the vehicle parked in a location where our detailing team can safely and efficiently perform the service.
- **Personal Belongings:** Please remove all personal belongings from your vehicle before the scheduled service time. Fresh Detailing is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items left in the vehicle.
**6. Use of Photos for Marketing**
- **Photo Consent:** By using our services, you consent to Fresh Detailing taking before and after photos of your vehicle. These photos may include images of your vehicle and your property (e.g., driveway, house).
- **Marketing Use:** We may use these photos for marketing and promotional purposes, including on our website, social media platforms, and other advertising materials.
**7. Limitation of Liability**
- **Service Performance:** While we strive to provide the highest quality service, Fresh Detailing is not liable for any damage that occurs to your vehicle during the detailing process, except in cases of proven negligence by our team.
- **Weather-Related Cancellations:** Fresh Detailing is not liable for any inconvenience or loss resulting from cancellations or rescheduling due to adverse weather conditions.
